Deep tissue massage & multi-method treatments

Jenna uses a multi method approach providing acupuncture, massage, cupping, moxa and acu-kinesio taping and magnets for pain to achieve positive results for patients.

Massage is the oldest known healing art, predating all orthodox medicine and other complementary therapies. In ancient times, massage treatment was used as a remedy for the treatment of chronic health and disease. Massage is believed to be as old as humankind!

The evidence for this is very simple; humans instinctively respond to pain by touching, holding or rubbing the area to obtain pain relief. Ask your self what do you do if you bump, cut or bang yourself? If you have a headache, stomach pain or have muscular strain, what do you instinctively do? You rub gently or furiously to reduce the pain.

Deep Tissue Massage releases the body's natural pain endorphins, therefore helping to reduce pain.

If you feel upset or distressed touch can be a great comfort. To be held positively when you need comfort is calming, nurturing and makes you feel better!

A good massage can be like a passive work out to the body, eliminating muscular tension and calming the mind. Massage can be deeply relaxing leaving you with an inner calm of well being. Get back in touch with your true self and reduce your stress levels with regular massage as part of your lifestyle. Heal yourself. Feel soothed, calm relaxed and uplifted. You will feel the difference!
