Please review all the following information and basic rules that govern the use of the Karma Clinic website. Note that your use of this Karma Clinic website means that you agree to those rules.
Private & personal information policy
All personal information you provide to Karma Clinic will
be treated as private and confidential. All customers details
will be treated as strictly private and confidential.
Karma Clinic strongly believes in protecting the privacy of our customers and website users. Karma Clinic will not willingly disclose information about our customers or users to any other third party without first obtaining our customers' consent.
UK delivery methods
For UK deliveries all Karma Clinic goods will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. All goods are fully trackable. Deliveries will normally arrive within 2 working days of being despatched, but please allow up to 5 working days. A signature is required upon receipt of your delivery. Royal Mail working days are Monday to Saturday.
If an item is listed as out of stock and you still wish to place the order, your goods will be dispatched to you as soon as the item becomes available.
UK postal charges
All postal charges are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Payment methods
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Solo or debit card via PayPal.
PayPal is simple, secure, quick and easy to use. If you already
have a PayPal account you can use this to pay.
Product returns & refunds
Karma Clinic hopes you are happy with the goods you receive.
However, if you are not 100% satified with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange for another Karma Clinic product. Simply print off and complete the returns form and then return with the full product within 30 days from the date you purchased.
Karma Clinic requests that you pay to return the goods to us. If we receive them in good order (i.e. in a fully resaleable condition including all original packaging materials) we will refund your purchase and original postal charge.
Please check that your postal service is insured. If Karma Clinic goods arrive back to us damaged, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
Damaged goods
We try to pack Karma Clinic goods with great care to achieve
safe delivery. However, in the unlikely event of your goods arriving
damaged, you have 48 hours to report the problem to us by email
or phone. In the event of you receiving damaged goods, we ask you to please
post your goods back to us promptly. You have 30 days to return
you goods to us. Please make sure your postal service is insured
and that you put a copy of the postal charge receipt in with your
returned goods. If we agree that your goods are damaged we will
then promptly send you new goods to replace the damaged ones.
Karma Clinic would like to apologise in advance to any of our valuable customers that this eventuality happens to. We will do our best to keep you happy and create good karma!

Use of Karma Clinic website material is at your own risk. Information
may be changed periodically at any time. If your use in the website

computer viruses or any other harmful components, Karma Clinic
cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred.

Karma Clinic takes great care to ensure the description and
specification of our products is correct at the time of going
to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products
is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility
for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or
computer system used by you.
