As a freelance writer I wrote a weekly column with City Life magazine for three years and continue to write articles and features for various papers and magazines. I make regular appearances on BBC Radio Manchester discussing holistic and complementary health issues. These include appearances on Made in Manchester with Michelle Mullane (now on XFM), Becky Want's Retail Therapy, "Life. With a Microphone." with Eamonn O'Neal & Dianne Oxberry, Manchester's nightlife with Phil Wood and Gail Sullivan, as well as appearing on Key 103 Radio on Emotional Rescue with Flic Everett.
