Please review all the following information and basic rules that govern the use of the Karma Clinic website. Note that your use of this Karma Clinic website means that you agree to those rules.
Private & personal information policy
All personal information you provide to Karma Clinic will
be treated as private and confidential. All customers details
will be treated as strictly private and confidential.
Karma Clinic strongly believes in protecting the privacy of our customers and website users. Karma Clinic will not willingly disclose information about our customers or users to any other third party without first obtaining our customers' consent.
UK delivery methods
For UK deliveries all Karma Clinic goods will be sent 1st class,
recorded delivery by Royal Mail. All goods are fully trackable. Please allow a maximum
of 3 to 5 working days for the delivery of your goods. However the normal
estimated time for delivery for all UK orders is 3 working days.
If an item is listed as out of stock and you still wish to place the order, your goods will be dispatched to you as soon as the item becomes available.
UK postal charges
All postal charges are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Please refer to the postal charge chart to help you obtain how much your postal charges will be. UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail.

For standard UK parcel delivery, postal charges are calculated by weight. Standard delivery time is 3 working days, although please allow up to 5 working days for the delivery of your goods.

For UK next day express delivery there is a flat rate charge of £19.40 for orders of between 1 and 5 Seaweed therapy kit bags. Please allow 48 working hours maximum, for the delivery of your goods, when using this option.
European & international delivery methods
Karma Clinic uses a reliable private international courier
service. Stock permitting, under normal circumstances you will
receive your order within 3 to 5 working days for Europe (excluding Greece and Turkey) and 5 to 8 working days for the rest of the world.
If an item is listed as out of stock and you still wish to place the order, your goods will be dispatched to you as soon as the item becomes available.

to the information chart below to help you obtain your postal
charges. All postal charges are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Payment methods
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Solo or debit card via PayPal.
PayPal is simple, secure, quick and easy to use. If you already
have a PayPal account you can use this to pay.
Product returns & refunds
Karma Clinic hopes you are happy with the goods you receive.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and you would
like a refund, you have seven days from the day you receive your
goods to make your complaint by either email or telphone.
If after reviewing your complaint there are grounds to refund you, Karma Clinic requests that you pay to return the goods to us. If we receive them in good order (i.e. in a fully resaleable condition including all original packaging materials) we will refund your purchase and postal charge.
Please check that your postal service is insured. Please include a copy of the receipt for your postal charge in with your returned goods. If Karma Clinic goods arrive back to us damaged, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
Damaged goods
We try to pack Karma Clinic goods with great care to achieve
safe delivery. However, in the unlikely event of your goods arriving
damaged, you have 48 hours to report the problem to us by email
or phone. In the event of you receiving your damaged goods after
you have reported this information to us, we ask you to please
post your goods back to us promptly. You have 14 days to return
you goods to us. Please make sure your postal service is insured
and that you put a copy of the postal charge receipt in with your
returned goods. If we agree that your goods are damaged we will
then promptly send you new goods to replace the damaged ones.
Karma Clinic would like to apologise in advance to any of our valuable customers that this eventuality happens to. We will do our best to keep you happy and create good karma!
