Baby massage
Massage is the oldest known healing art, predating all orthodox medicine and other complementary therapies. It has been around for centuries and should not be under estimated.

Massage is unique in being both a healing technique and an instinctive means of communication, i.e., comfort, reassurance, relaxation, pain relief and communication. Without positive touch we can become withdrawn, bad tempered, depressed and stressed.
Babies need the familiar sensation of constant reassuring touch after they enter the world. Massage will help to create a close bond between mother, father and baby. It assists in both the physiological and emotional development of the child.
Evidence suggests that babies receiving massage from the parent have less health problems than other children. Massage will help your baby develop focus and concentration - a skill they can tap into later on in life to help eliminate stress and even help them during exam times.
